Turn Your Body to the Sun (2021, 93 min)
The film tells the incredible story of a Soviet soldier who was captured by the Nazi’s. After the Second world war he was sent to a brutal Stalin- camp where the love letters of an unknown girl helped him survive. Sixty years later, his daughter traces his path to understand her silent father. With intimate documents and unique colour archival footage a deeply personal and a collective story emerges that still haunts new generations.https://www.turnyourbodytothesun.nl/
