Eva Kübar (1981) is an Estonian filmmaker, pedagogue and cultural critic. This year, she completed the documentary Suled või glamuur and the full-length documentary Experts of Love is in production. Kübar graduated from the Baltic Film and Media School (BFM) in 2013, majoring in film directing. His graduation film Three won several awards at international festivals and received the best cinematography of the year and audience favorite awards at BFM.
In 2020, Eva Kübar started the Sänna Youth Film Studio in Võru County, and in 2022, together with Liina Särkinen, she created the Kinomaja Film School in Tallinn for 13-19-year-olds.
In addition to filmmaking, Kübar has published cultural criticism in local outlets as Postimees, Teater. Muusika. Kino and Sirp.
